Patented Snow Technique for indoor applications

It is Innovag’s aim to offer to the market efficient snow systems for indoor applications, like indoor wintersports and leisure facilities, for spa and wellness applications as well as for industrial material testing, like brake test benches, engine test benches and climate wind tunnels. which approach very similar to real snow and therefore are defined clearly from other systems and techniques.

Long lasting research and continuous enhancements have led to the fact that these indoor snow systems have set new standards in snow quality, energy consumption and availability of the facilities.

The Innovag Snow Systems approach very similar to real snow and therefore are defined clearly from other systems and techniques.

Besides the new development of indoor snow systems, Innovag has been engaged for many years with the development and production of components for alpine snow producers.

Our Snow Technique

Innovag Snow Systems are not based on conventional systems, but is characterised by a fundamental patented new development. The new development of the indoor snow technique was necessary as the high expectations and demands of our industrial customers could not be satisfied with conventional indoor snow systems.
Snow production at 0°C
Real powder snow
Adjustable snow weight between
100 kg/m³ and 250 kg/m³
Snow production independent
of relative humidity
Snow production independent
of room height
No chemical or bacteriological
additives
Comparably low energy
consumption
Remote maintenance

Feasibility studies for the automobile industry or special demands for test benches of railway components already inspired the Innovag AG years ago to investigate the facets and the limits of feasibility of the snowing technique. The results of this research and development work were implemented successfully in industry.

The high demands of the industry for quality and the reproducibility of the produced snow as well as the high availability of the Innovag snow producing systems prompted the Innovag AG to install this technique and with it, the experiences gained also in indoor facilities for winter sports, wellness & spa as well as for recreational facilities.
